Great teams aren't built overnight. They grow one exceptional person at a time. Today, we're excited to introduce the newest member of the SLN/CR family: Alexa Kemper.

Alexa brings a rare combination of energy, strategic thinking, and genuine passion for the work we do. In a company laser-focused on solving one of sports infrastructure's most pressing challenges — noise — having people who care deeply about the outcome makes all the difference.

"I was drawn to SLN/CR because the mission is so clear," Alexa shared. "Pickleball is exploding, communities are struggling with noise, and SLN/CR has the science-backed solution. I wanted to be part of that."

At SLN/CR, Alexa will play a key role in expanding our reach to new markets, deepening relationships with municipal partners, and helping facility operators understand the full value of proactive noise management.

Her arrival comes at a pivotal moment. With over 100 installations nationwide, expansion into Canada, and a growing roster of municipal and commercial clients, our team needs people who can move fast without cutting corners. Alexa fits that description perfectly.

We asked Alexa what she's most looking forward to. Her answer? "Talking to the communities that thought they'd have to choose between pickleball and peace and quiet. Showing them they don't."
